This course is aimed at teachers and all those who want to learn about building teams in their working environments in order to maximize their potential, performance and achievements in the workplace.

The course consists of 50 didactic hours and includes the following modules:
- Introduction of participants, warm ups and ice breakers, outline of the programme
- Overview of team building and its significance for schools and educational organizations
- Introduction to team building
- Overview of a rich variety of forms of activities for team-building
- Presenting, analyzing and explaining a selection of team-building activities that work
- Detailed focus on e-team building
- Ideas about sharing the experience of the programme

- Online tools for collaboration on coaching projects, eTwinning, School Education Platform
- Individual support
- Presentation of outcomes, discussion, evaluation and closing session
- Teambuilding and networking activities
- City tour or a cultural trip
Learning objectives
- Learn the significance of team building and team spirit for the work place in general and schools and educational organizations in particular
- Learn about the positive influence of team building on the students’ learning and on the quality of work life (for teachers and other staff) as well as on other circumstances of being members of groups
- Learn how it is possible to create an atmosphere of collaboration and community
- Develop communicative skills
- Promote the idea of tolerance and acceptance of ambiguity
- Develop positive qualities such as empathy, trust and sense of belonging in a group
- Learn a set of techniques and practices contributing into team building
- Acquire skills to re-use and adapt the various activities in the participants’schools/organizations
- Boost creativity and critical thinking
- Improve leadership skills
- Learn new techniques to use in the classroom with students
- Improve English fluency (official language of the course).

All the materials will be made available to the participants in digital form upon completion of the course.
Certification details
Certificate includes the topic, dates and location of the course. We can list the record of learning outcomes on the Europass Mobility Document on request of participants.

Course package content:
The course fee includes tution and materials for the course. Accommodation, meals and transportation are not included and participants are expected to organize and cover for these expenses by themselves. We do not charge anything extra apart from the 800 EUR course fee.

Cancellation & changes:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start. After that, the reservation is not refundable. Changes in name and profile of the participant are possible any time before the start of the course. In case of extraordinary circumstances we will offer a free re-schedualing to be used within 6 months.
