
INCLUSIVE EDUCATION THROUGH ARTS AND GAMES 5 DAYS
This course is aimed at teachers and all those who are interested in creating learning-friendly environment for meaningful learning in inclusive classroom. development of interpersonal skills for learning and cooperation, managing behavior and facilitation of self-directed learning and discovery in an inclusive classroom through arts and games.
Description
The course consists of 25 didactic hours and includes the following modules:
- Introduction of participants, outline of the programme, warm ups and ice breakers
- Identification of risks, factors and barriers for inclusion
- Games and activities which encourage collaboration and participation of all learners
- Creating learning-friendly environment for meaningful learning in inclusive classroom
- Managing behavior in the inclusive classroom through game and art-based activities and projects
- Individual support
- Presentation of outcomes, discussion, evaluation and closing session
- Teambuilding and networking activities
- City tour or a cultural trip
Learning objectives
- Broadening the understanding of the importance of learning-friendly environment for meaningful learning in inclusive classroom.
- Facilitating skills for creating learning-friendly environment.
- Understanding of the role of arts and games in development of interpersonal skills for learning and cooperation, managing behavior and facilitation of self-directed learning and discovery.
- Acquisition of various games and art-based activities and projects and ability to use them to facilitate cooperative learning and manage behavior in the inclusive classroom.
- Developing communication, collaboration, presentation, problem solving, negotiation, critical and creative thinking skills.
- Providing and exercising creative ideas and practical resources for successful implementation of art and game-based activities to support inclusion in classroom.
- Improving English fluency (official language of the course).
- Promoting intercultural awareness.

All the materials will be made available to the participants in digital form upon completion of the course.
Certification details
Certificate includes the topic, dates and location of the course. We can list the record of learning outcomes on the Europass Mobility Document on request of participants.

Course package content:
The course fee includes tution and materials for the course. Accommodation, meals and transportation are not included and participants are expected to organize and cover for these expenses by themselves. We do not charge anything extra apart from the 400 EUR course fee.

Cancellation & changes:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start. After that, the reservation is not refundable. Changes in name and profile of the participant are possible any time before the start of the course.
