Day 1: Introduction to Competencies in Educational

The role of motivation in working with youth and adults Gamification and
storytelling Utilizing the Canva platform for designing educational materials:
basics and practical exercises
Day 2: Creating Innovative Educational Materials
Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Introduction to creating educational books: tools, formats, and examples of
applications
Day 3: Creating and Editing Educational Films Hours:
Introduction to producing educational films: principles of effective storytelling,
content planning Fundamentals of using the Magisto platform for film creation:
features, interface, practical tips
Day 4: Flipped Classroom
Flipped Classroom: concept, advantages, tools for implementation Practical
exercises: designing lessons using the Flipped Classroom model
Day 5: Summary, Discussion, Evaluation, and Certificate Presentation

During the sessions teachers will be working on ready to use learning materials. The course will be a great opportunity to deepen into the nueroppedagogical background of the motivation processes. The teachers are kindly asked to bring their own laptops to the course.
Certification details
Upon successful completion of the five-day training program, participants will receive a certificate that acknowledges their achievement and the competencies they have acquired. The certificates will be awarded during a formal session at the end of the course.
The certificate serves as a testament to the participant's dedication to professional development and their enhanced ability to utilize digital tools in educational settings.
