  • LEGO Robotics: Develops Creativity and Problem Solving
    In the exciting world of LEGO Robotics, your students will develop crucial skills for the 21st century. This module will immerse you in teaching programming through the creation and programming of Lego robots. As your students design, build, and program robots to complete real tasks, they will be developing problem solving, logic, and critical thinking skills.
  • Drones: High-flying education
    In the age of technology, drones are more than toys; they are powerful educational tools. In this module, you will learn how to use drones as teaching tools in a variety of disciplines, while gaining hands-on skills and being inspired by emerging technologies.
  • Video Games: Learn by Playing, Teach by Playing
    Video games are the gateway to computational thinking. In this module, you will explore how to design and develop your own educational video games. It's not just about playing, it's about creating immersive learning experiences. You will learn how

 

Learning objectives

  • Train teachers to promote computational thinking in their students,  developing skills such as problem solving, logicand algorithmic reasoning.
  • Provide participants with the skills necessary to effectively integrate technology, including Lego robots, drones and video games, into their curriculum.
  • Provide teachers with the knowledge to design and create educational projects that promote creativity and innovation.
  • Help participants acquire strong digital skills, including programming, game design and drone operation.
  • Provide the tools that allow teachers to prepare their students to face the challenges of the 21st century with confidence.
  • Encourage collaboration between teachers from different countries, allowing them to share good practices, innovative approaches and diverse perspectives to enrich their teaching.

We provide LEGO material necessary for the activities.

Educational material and resources to carry out cooperative and creative activities. 
It is recommended that each participant bring their own laptop or tablet. We have devices available in case this is not possible. 

A guided tour to get to know the surroundings is included.

    We will enjoy together a free mid-morning coffee and a free guided tour one afternoon visiting the surroundings (Ferrolterra or Santiago de Compostela).

    We can offer you a discount bonus for meals and accommodation in a nearby hotel if you wish.
