The course will focus on EXCHANGE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS in Erasmus +, with special focus on the new accreditation to get KA1 grant and Key Action 2 Erasmus + Projects but MANAGEMENT AND ASSESSMENT Key Action 1 project as well. In addition, it will give the participants the opportunity to know a new education system and will do PERSONALIZED EDUCATIONAL VISITS TO SCHOOLS to know how they work.

Description

You will learn everything about the funding available at Erasmus + Projects, acquiring concrete skills related to the design of a successful project, the key words to write the form and manage the project once approved. It’s compulsory to know as much as you can about topics of the proposal and criteria assessment to get the grant. A practical simulation is carried out for each topic in focus during the European Project Design.

One of the strengths of the Course lies in the fact that its teaching is based not only in theoretical activities but also in practical activities. Trainer will give key knowledge pills every day and motivation activities to participants to put them in action so they can face to write a proposal with success.

Learning objectives

The course covers all the needs of the project cycle from developing the idea, finding the right partners, designing a successful project, assessing during all the process –not only at the end– to managing properly and reporting it.

In detail, the concrete goals of the course are:

- To improve the quality and the accessibility of European projects in order to foster European integration and excellence in education.

- To empower and to train teachers, education staff and those interested in developing European learning projects to successfully access and manage European funds.

- To share experiences of international collaboration and projects from different organizations in order to be more effective in our proposal.

- To develop a real and online collaboration platform.

Thanks to this project the participants will:

- Assess and manage properly their present KA1 Erasmus + Project and the future KA2 Erasmus + Project.

Methodology & assessment

PME+ course is based on theoretical lessons and presentations of examples of good practice as well as discussions and experience comparisons. The course will have lectures, seminars and workshops to ensure full comprehension and every day assignment support. Every day will add new information about Key Action Erasmus Plus and will create new links to strengthen future common projects. By the end of the course, participants should have an assessed proposal for international collaboration action of a partnership project. To ensure that, participants will work on a real application form in order to acquire concrete skills on how to design and apply for a EU-funded project. Furthermore, trainers will make extensive use of evidence-based examples and experiences.
The expected training activity has been structured so that the participants can transfer know-how and develop needed skills to create and manage a proposal with real success.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

The company will provide the majority of materials to participants and all the course contents will be shared in a digital format. Regarding this, participants' digital tools will be improved and there will be any doubts about sharing the materials. Actually, a Google Drive access will be given to participants, so they can download everything that has been receiving during the training time. Furthermore, monitoring and mentoring arrangements will take place during and after the course.

Certification details

The Project Management Society Erasmus Plus holding group fulfills the Erasmus requirements about having a seat in the country where the course takes places and the group provides a local subsidiary company in this country. SPAIN OID: E10039300

The company sends the Learning Agreement document at the moment of the registration in the course, providing you an attendance 35-hour certificate from Sunday to Friday, which includes all necessary details. A 5 or 7-day CA can be created upon request

Course package content:

The cost of the course includes course fees, a free guided city tour, transportation for the training activities if this is necessary, and, obviously, the certification of attendance is included as well. The company offers guidance and will help with all necessary documents that the participant can need. Accommodation, meals and transport to the venue is not included in the course fees but an optional cultural package is offered to deepen the local culture.

Cancellation & changes:

Cancellations and Reimbursements of course fees are detailed in the booking confirmation document, but summarizing:.
- If participants cancel at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, the company will refund the entire amount, minus 20% of the course fee. In another case, the participant will be allowed to join another course/session in the following 12 months.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the participant will receive a full reimbursement of the course fees.
