Janet Reno says, “Peer mediation is a chance for students to work with other students to help them resolve problems, arguments, disagreements without having to get the teacher or the administration involveChildren who share the same age, place, and problem have a conflict with each other. So, peer education is a process that helps solve these kinds of problems. Instead of generating, the peer mediator helps the children to solve their problems themselves using various communication techniques.” So, this course is a kind of teacher training course which aims to get familiar with peer mediation education, identify how to apply this process in schools, improve the students’ leadership skills and create a more peaceful atmosphere.

Methodology & assessment
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Participants will receive guides, templates, and role-playing scripts tailored for peer mediation. Digital tools, such as collaborative platforms, conflict resolution apps, and interactive presentations, will support learning. Non-digital resources, including case studies, mediation frameworks, and reflective activity prompts, will enhance hands-on practice. Additional curated materials, like video tutorials and best practices, will ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
Certification details
Participants who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance, detailing the course title, duration, and key learning outcomes. This certificate formally recognizes their professional development and newly acquired skills. Additionally, a Europass Mobility Certificate can be provided upon request, documenting the learning experience in alignment with Erasmus+ standards. Full attendance and active participation are required to qualify for these certifications.

Course package content:
The package includes all educational activities, training materials, access to digital tools and resources, and a Certificate of Attendance. A Europass Mobility Certificate is available upon request at no additional cost. The package does not include accommodation, meals, transportation, or personal expenses, which must be arranged by participants. Optional activities or excursions outside the course program may incur extra costs, and these will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation & changes:
Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days before the course with a full refund, minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless due to force majeure, where partial refunds may be considered. Substitutions of participants are allowed up to 7 days before the course. In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, the course may be rescheduled, moved online, or canceled, with refund options for the course fee provided.
