What is classroom management?
Simply put, classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to ensure that their classroom runs smoothly, without disruptive behavior from students.
Where do I begin?
Fortunately, there is no shortage of resources available to help you master the art of classroom management. There are mountains of books, podcasts, seminars, and classes dedicated to the subject. We’ve teased out the main components from some of our favorites to help you begin.

All the participants will
- Identify typical classroom management problems
- Get familiar with the best techniques and methods to solve the typical classroom management problems
- Know about universal classroom management strategies
- Build their Learning Portfolios
- Focus on nonverbal communication skills
- Learn the common features of the Z generation, their concerns, interests, and ways to motivate them
- Get familiar with new teaching and learning techniques and methods (Flipped Classroom and some Web2.0 tools)
Methodology & assessment
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Participants will receive guides, templates, and case studies focused on classroom management strategies. Digital tools like interactive presentations, collaborative platforms (e.g., Padlet), and educational apps will enhance learning. Non-digital resources, including role-playing scenarios and sample management plans, will support hands-on practice. Additional resources include curated articles, video tutorials, and examples of best practices for managing diverse classroom environments.
Certification details
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completing the course, detailing the course title, duration, and key learning outcomes. This certificate formally recognizes their professional development and acquired skills. Additionally, a Europass Mobility Certificate can be issued upon request, documenting the learning experience in alignment with Erasmus+ standards. Full attendance and active participation in all sessions are mandatory to qualify for these certifications.

Course package content:
The package includes all educational activities, training materials, and a Certificate of Attendance. A Europass Mobility Certificate can be requested at no additional cost. Accommodation, meals, local transportation, and personal expenses are not included and must be arranged by participants. Optional excursions or activities outside the course program may incur extra costs, which will be communicated in advance. Participants are responsible for their travel and lodging arrangements.

Cancellation & changes:
Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before the course with a full refund, minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless due to force majeure, where partial refunds may be considered. Participant substitutions are allowed up to 7 days before the course. In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events, the course may be rescheduled, moved online, or canceled, with refund options provided for the course fee only.
