Mindfulness, Leadership & Anti-Bullying Strategies in Schools is a practical and empowering training course designed for teachers and school leaders who aim to create safer, more supportive learning environments. The course explores how mindfulness can enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and compassionate leadership in educational settings. Participants will develop skills to foster positive relationships, model respectful behavior, and address bullying through preventive and restorative approaches. Emphasis is placed on proactive strategies, whole-school involvement, and the development of action plans that build a culture of empathy, respect, and resilience. Methodology & assessment

Participants will use mindfulness practice guides, leadership reflection templates, and anti-bullying strategy frameworks tailored for school settings. Digital collaboration platforms will support group discussions, scenario analysis, and action plan development. A resource pack including sample policies, mindfulness activities, restorative practices, and practical anti-bullying tools will be provided to support continued implementation after the course.
Certification details
Participants will receive a detailed Certificate of Attendance including their full name,names of the sender and host organisations, instructor name/names,course title, dates, total hour of instruction and location. The certificate will also feature a brief description highlighting the key topics covered during the course.
