Description

Innovative Language Teaching: CLIL and TPRS Approaches for Foreign Language Classrooms explores two powerful methods for language acquisition. CLIL integrates language learning with content learning, allowing students to use the target language to explore subjects such as science, history, and art. TPRS, on the other hand, focuses on acquiring language through stories, making the process natural and fun. In this course, educators will learn how to apply these approaches to create engaging, context-rich language lessons that promote higher levels of comprehension and retention. Methodology & assessment

The course uses a blend of theoretical and practical methodologies. Participants will explore the theoretical foundations of CLIL and TPRS, followed by hands-on activities that allow them to design their own lessons and integrate these approaches into their teaching. Through workshops, role-play exercises, group discussions, and peer feedback, educators will engage in collaborative learning and problem-solving. Participants will receive a detailed Certificate of Attendance including their full name,names of the sender and host organisations, instructor name/names,course title, dates, total hour of instruction and location. The certificate will also feature a brief description highlighting the key topics covered during the course.
