Methodology & assessment

This course is built on a foundation of experiential learning and reflective practice. The methodology combines expert-led sessions on the theory of mindfulness with a series of practical, guided exercises, group discussions, and personal reflection activities. We create a safe and supportive environment for participants to share experiences and learn from one another.

Learning is assessed through active participation in workshops, completion of reflective journaling tasks, and the development of a personal well-being action plan. Continuous formative feedback is provided by the trainer. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

All participants will receive a comprehensive digital handbook with theoretical concepts, guided meditation scripts, and practical exercises. We will use interactive presentation tools and online platforms for collaborative reflection. After the course, attendees will get access to a curated online library of guided meditations, academic articles, and further reading resources to support their ongoing practice.

Certification details

Upon successful completion of the course, all participants will receive a formal Certificate of Attendance from Erasmus Mobility Academy. The certificate will officially state: the participant's full name, the full course title, the course dates and location, the main topics covered, and the total number of educational hours (25 hours), corresponding to this application form.
