Description
Our goal at EduFuture (one of the oldest and most trusted providers of Erasmus+ Courses in Scandinavia with more than 3000 participants already) is to give you a deeper insight into the secrets behind the success of the Swedish education system. With this Erasmus+ course that will be tailored to your needs, we also want to give you and your colleagues a chance to discover, discuss, share knowledge, exchange ideas and experience everyday Swedish schools.
We want to provide you with basic knowledge of the organization of Swedish schools, and about the relationship between teachers and students. Furthermore, the course aims to help the participants gain knowledge and understanding of the values of the Swedish school system. Based on the participants’ previous experiences, the course will also deal with didactic questions in relation to learning processes, educational development and cultural diversity.
Learning objectives
This is a structured Erasmus+ course for all levels - pre-primary, K12;
- Innovation (empathic communication, diversity training and ICT)
- Student in the center (support systems and the integration of special needs students and immigrants, well-being, learner focused approach)
- Teacher in the center (autonomy, collaboration, evaluating, class management and student feedback)
- Internationalization & collaboration (European dimension and PBL collaborative projects)
- Educational leadership & Management (pedagogical leadership, supportive and inclusive school policy plans, good parent-school dialogue)
Methodology & assessment
· Information. A general introduction on each of the topics.
· Observation. Observe teaching, studying, and learning processes in classrooms in small groups or individually. (School visits depend on own interests and availability)
· Sharing. Share experiences and expertise on the different topics in workshops.
· Creating output. Working individually and in groups on a concrete product to be used in your own school.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Participants should bring their own laptops or tablets. All other necessary materials and resources are provided by our teacher training center to support a productive learning experience before, during and after the course.
Certification details
A "Certificate of Attendance" will be given in accordance with the Certification of learning outcomes as required by the Quality standards for courses under Key Action 1 (learning mobility of individuals). We also provide participants with help in completing Learning Agreements, as well as any other documents necessary for their organisations.

Cancellation & changes:
You are free to cancel any Erasmus+ course till the invoice is send to you (in general around 30 days before the start of the course). To cancel an already paid course, notice must be given in writing. In case of cancellation you are always welcome to choose any other course during the current and the next school year at no extra costs. If you rather want to have a refund, a €150 administrative fee per participant will be deducted from the total amount paid for the course.
