Project work
This year it was our turn to go to Spain. The destination was Córdoba. Before our trip we had various workshops which introduced us to this year’s goals and helped us prepare for our own projects.
Teachers from Cordoba: Isabella and Eduardo
When we came to Spain our teachers divided us in groups with Spanish students and that is when the magic happened. In our groups we talked about problems both our schools share and every group decided on a different problem. From bullying to language issues, we all had to follow the same steps.
First came SWOT analysis, which is the key to solve any problem. After that we defined the goals and mainly focused on the priorities of the Erasmus programme. Our goals had to be SMART and actually achievable. After completing all these steps we had to make up activities and divide the tasks equally.
Every participant needed to be included in all of the activities. Our projects needed to meet the quality standards because they show how good are our managing skills and how aware are we.
The last part of our projects was dissemination. Dissemination is the key to promoting the project so we had to think of ways how to promote our project successfully.
After this whole experience I think that many of us gained some new skills and went through some new experiences. We as the participants need to think of new projects and pass our knowledge onto younger generations. As our teacher said, if the last project was good, its ending is the new beginning.
