On the third day the students started off with a group work. The groups should work on different project which all revolved around the topic of sustainability. There were three transnational groups.

The first group worked on a project where they made a survey with 15 questions on willingness to change their lifestyles for the sake of the environment. Students set up the questions and made recordings when they asked other students.

The second group watched a documentary about the topic and should then reflect upon and define sustainability from an environmental perspective. They focused their work on the questions here:

Are there evident economic and social inequalities in your country?

If yes, how significant are these inequalities?

Can sustainability be achieved in your country and across Europe without addressing social and economic disparities?

If you believe it is possible to attain sustainability within social inequality, outline your approach.

If you believe it is impossible to achieve sustainability while social inequality persists, explain your reasoning.

To deliver their results they made a poster where they defined sustainability and showcased potential strategies for achieving sustainability.

The third group worked in smaller group to make a 45-60 second TikToks. They used material provided to research before they started and then named 10 actions to prevent climate change.

After the visit everybody went to fish at the pier. That is a popular thing among the local people and is sustainable in it´s own way. Unluckily no fish got on the hook!
