Methodology & assessment

The methodology of the professional development course is designed to be interactive, participant-centered, and experiential, fostering a dynamic learning environment. The course employs a variety of instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles and preferences. Here is an overview of the course methodology:
Lectures and Presentations:
Engage participants through informative lectures introducing key concepts, theories, and best practices.
Provide a theoretical foundation for each topic, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
Hands-On Workshops and Activities:
Facilitate hands-on workshops for practical application of concepts.

All learning materials will be provided by the course organiser.

Certification details

Participants will receive Erasmus+ certificates upon successful completion of the course, recognizing their commitment to professional development and international collaboration. Additionally, educators will be guided on how to document their new skills and competencies using Europass.
