In the society in which we live, the gradual maturation of good emotional awareness is becoming increasingly important. Emotions are in everything we experience daily and they have an important influence on relationships with others, both ours and our children. You cannot be a good citizen of the world if you do not know yourself first, for this reason what is proposed below aims first of all at increasing students' knowledge of their own interior and then giving it to the other. Everything becomes how to color the world around us, which without the emotional dimension would be static and opaque and which instead can take the image of a beautiful rainbow, of a bridge that allows everyone to meet and discover what unites us beyond differences.
