European Educational Systems accord an important place to teacher training developing accurate professional skills allowing young teachers to start their carrer in good conditions. We think that sharing these experiences would be a strategical choice to enhance competences and to provide a large panel of practices in education at all levels. This project aims to create links and collaborative actions between young teachers. Actions could be built in form of exchanges of practices, observations and collaborative construction of lessons which could be then analyzed under the point of view of each participant. This project is inspired by the effective experience of Lesson Studies in Japan and, later, in UK and it has the ambition to go through the construction of an European Lesson Study.
