The didactic means is the set of physical, technical, selected and pedagogically adapted tools in the training methods and procedures for the efficient delivery of the tasks designed at the level of the teaching-learning-evaluation activity.    The value of didactic resources depends on the pedagogical qualities employed insofar as they are simultaneously or successively: carrying significant information; material support points required for full activation of the chosen methods; practical resources available to diminish or even cancel the traditional "verbalism" of traditional methodologies.     The didactic means intervene as tools subordinated to the printed activity at the level of the educational methods, on the basis of a set of operational procedures. The technical modernity of teaching tools (television, video, computer, etc.) creates the premise of optimizing the teaching-learning-evaluation methods. However, it does not automatically ensure the pedagogical modernity of didact
