As teachers our job is to educate our students and take care of their success not only academic success ,but also communicative,individual and social success.In terms of this our students are partly problematic and introverted.Also they are nonassertive,sometimes aggressive to us and their friends,unwilling to do homework and participate lessons also they are irresponsible usually.All these factors effect their and also our performance.Moreover we found out that this situation has been increasing day by day.To eliminate all these negative factors we decided to prepare a project called 'A Motıvated Young Earth Man' which is based on exactly student-centered activities.It is kind of game which has a very organized activity plan.The teachers are only mentors or advisors.Complete plans,activities and presentations are done by the students themselves.During the preparatıon of the actıvıty the students are responsible,dependent ,they work with the others in hormony.This is indispensible .
