ENTREPRENEURIAL EDUCATION is a transversal skill, based in some cases on informal learning, therefore it is necessary to explore, discover and develop in each subject at any level, either at Primary school or High School and University level, transversal skills such as the ability to learn and taking initiatives that will help people to deal with today’s varied and unpredictable career paths. It is important to better identify and manage the availability of the required skills, competences and qualifications and to prevent skill gaps and mismatches. Effective communication between the labour market and education and training sector is vital.
