The project focuses on exploring the cuisine of sweet dishes across countries in Europe. The main output is a printed pastry cookbook. Other outputs will include an electronic dictionary of food-related vocabulary, presentations of locally packaged sweet products. Students will get to know each other, the city they live in, and engage in exploring exotic cuisine. An important aspect is practicing English, which will be the language of communication, and there is a strong emphasis on student collaboration.
