Nowadays, the economic, health and environmental problems experienced all over the world have made it impossible for people to remain happy and calm. The incidence of anxiety and depression has increased among the individuals who cannot remain happy and calm, and this has reduced their motivation to live a qualified life, be competent in social areas and learn. This situation increased after the pandemic. Especially teenagers started to leave school early with the feeling of inadequacy in academic areas. In addition, natural disasters, wars and being unprepared for them damaged their emotional and physical well-being. For these reasons, participants were able to realize their abilities to cope with the stresses of life. Our primary goal in this project in which they can work efficiently and contribute to society is to provide participants with the ability to be physically, mentally, emotionally and socially well-being.
