This is a green school project, where our students will exchange ideas, knowledge and experiences for growing plants and seeds. We will use the STEM monitoring of the plants and we will also create a seed bank, with the aim of exchanging and contacting new seeds. A group of students in every school will organize the creation of a school vegetable garden. They will plant and cultivate traditional plants and seeds that we use every day in our kitchen and they will monitor the progress of the process and various factors that affect it using STEM technology (using sensors we will measure humidity - temperature - light - etc.)
