The European Commission has approved the Digital Education Action Plan (2021/2027) that establishes 3 priorities: 1) To make better use of digital technology 2) To develop digital skills and abilities 3) To improve education through better data analysis and forecasts COVID-19 pandemic has caused a boom in digital services at school environment but it has also highlighted the shortcomings of face-to-face educational systems according to guaranteeing equity and inclusion of digital education, which has caused a rebound of school dropout.
