eTwinning Contact Seminar “Learning through eTwinning” (Georgia, Tbilisi 3-6-th October)

Participating in an eTwinning project means that you are an individual who wishes to provide his or her pupils with the best chances of succeeding by offering them the possibility to exchange, to share, to cooperate and to broaden their horizons. The contact seminar is designed for teachers exactly like you! Have a look into the “program”: during the seminar you will get familiar with some eTwinning tools basics together with a helpful hints on Web 2 tools and methods of Active teaching and learning through eTwinning. And last but not least you will have an exceptional opportunity to become involved in project planning with teacher fellows from many different countries, to participate in workshops and meetings where you can learn, talk and discuss Group work sessions will have a central place in the seminar. Through the group work sessions, the teachers will have an opportunity to discuss and exchange experience with their colleagues about active teaching and learning. Groups will work on developing projects on subject-specific topics, such as History, Culture and English language literacy. (Picture storytelling, Games of our Country, Hands on History, Music of World War I, The Great Wall, Amazing ancient Civilization, Road to the Revolution, Analogues between countries, What does freedom mean? Self-governance etc.) . They will be able to create projects in cooperation with their colleagues that they can implement after the seminar.
