The main objective of the project we are planning is the expression of our feelings and the relief from the negative ones. Students and teachers as well, are victims of the stress in their school or personal life! It is absolutely necessary to understand these feelings and then face them , express them deal with them and control them. Stress may derived from school demands, family obligations, society needs or everyday routine, special circumstances and difficulties that are not expected. Firstly we will introduce ourselves our schools our students. It is not obligatory to participate certain number of students. Then we are going to create a logo and try to discover how do recognize the feeling that someone has through specific situations. This can be done through theater and literature. Small dialogues, stories or given situations are given and the children try to put themselves on the shoes of the hero and discover the feeling .Then the power of music, songs , instruments and dance is our next step in order to turn the negative feelings into positive. Art is another way of stress relief and understanding of feelings. Students are exposed to various famous paintings and painters and analyze them decoding the message that they carry in accordance with the expressions of the feelings and the way painters .Finally, students create their own projects keeping in mind how they can show what they feel or make others feel the same way, or help people feel more relaxed through creativity. New school year starts with projects and techniques proposed by psychologist, write their own stories. Exploring internet, find the negative consequences on the psychology, is another point we will face and persuade young learners to use the digital treasure in a correct way. The benefits of the nature and the observation of the animals ,the plants, the sounds in it. Mindfulness is a another method of relaxation that student will learn and practice throughout the project. Finally, group working and team gaming is the biggest tool to cultivate empathy. So our students will work with their partners and find the real benefits and the way to express their feelings, revile from the stress and be more humanists in the name of empathy.
