The Project named ‘I am because we are’ aims to improve well being of students. Because well-being has wide range of facets and a person’s well-being is also connected to other people around them, we try to embrace whole-school approach which involves interaction among teachers, parents, school staff, students. There are 8 structured activities. Activities are designed to contribute to the emotional, social, societal well-being of students. Mindfullnes, positive psychology, art therapy methods are used to improve well-being of students, to have them be aware of their feelings, to see the positive sides of their lives, to care about other people around them, to know how to deal with negative feelings.
