Nowadays,digital technology is indispensible for our life. In this digital world, the internet increases children’s vulnerability to risks and harms, including misuse of their private information, access to harmful content, and cyberbullying etc. There are so many risks on the net but if we are aware of the dangers and use the digital technology consciously,it has many benefits as well. We have all heard of the term “digital footprints” but do we really understand what they mean? Digital footprint is leaving behind a trail of information on the net. It is important that parents and educaters should educate their children and students to help them to know what risks they might be placing themselves in when sharing information online, or just looking innocently at websites. This Project will ensure creating awareness about digital footprints.
