Mind Full vs. Mindful

We are trying to get things done in a hurry every day. The difficulties of life, the tasks we cannot complete, and the things we put off turn out to be avalanches in our minds all the time. We feel stressed, unmotivated, or hopeless. We can sometimes act as if life is on autopilot without even realizing it. We want our students to be conscious of the moment they are in, to get out of the autopilot, and to accept what life brings them. We want to make sure that our students learn how to re-motivate themselves when they feel discouraged. The Mind Full vs. Mindful project includes mindfulness practices that can help students develop emotional intelligence, manage stress, and regulate their emotions effectively. These practices will help students become more aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The project will provide students with tools to cope with challenges, setbacks, and academic pressures in a constructive way.
