French from the outer sea, from the island of Martinique, European and Caribbean at the same time; we are looking for partners wishing to work on the protection of the seabed, the blue economy in order to share, confront our practices and carry out exchanges around this theme: what blue economy for our countries? why is it important to be interested in it; how to raise awareness among our students? what actions to carry out in this sense?
