Small Changes, Big Results!

The Covid-19 pandemic forced confinement and made many of the physical contacts impossible, which led to some emotional instability of many individuals, especially teenagers. This project aims to help teens deal with their problems and develop their social and emotional skills. Students will discuss different aspects related to the pandemic and its consequences, exchanging ideas by deepening their knowledge of the issue (emotional, physical and social well-being) and identifying different aspects of the problem, namely negative feelings, eating disorders, isolation within the family , stress, media addiction, etc. They will question and reflect critically on the importance of socialization in their development and think creatively about forms of self-help. To do this, students will participate in forums, share views and work collaboratively to perform multimedia work in national and international groups.
