New literates of 21st century

Now,media is in our lives more than ever.Even education continiues through media channels. So,being media literate is more important now. In order for children and young people to become engaged and informed citizens, they need to become critical thinkers and active creators of content rather than passive consumers of online content and technology. Schools, seen as both physical spaces and social environments where teachers, pupils or students and parents meet, play an important role in developing these (social) media literacy skills. So,do we now ow to use Meda safely? How to achieve Media literacy skill?or What are the dangers that we can face if we don’t pay attention to usage and rules. And those “critical thinkers” terms leads us to another question? Is everything we see on social media true?
