Project Learning for Young Adults (PLYA)
PLYA supports participants in developing their professional identity, including a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship when approaching the labour market, and also helps them in developing necessary knowledge and skills for entering/returning to employment, further education or training.
The activities include a personal career plan, individual counselling at the Slovenian Employment Service and other institutions, different common and individual learning projects, and group activities where participants intentionally learn and develop key competences.
The results show that around three quarters of participants have achieved the main objectives, meaning they have experienced improvements in their self-confidence, self-control, self-organisation and other skills, that benefit other aspects of their life.
