Description

As teamwork increasingly relies on digital collaboration, educators must be equipped with the skills to manage communication, documents, and tasks across diverse contexts—whether local or international. This course introduces practical tools such as Trello, Asana, shared drives, whiteboards, and mind maps to support efficient teamwork and project management.
Participants will explore how to organise workflows, define objectives, assign responsibilities, and promote real-time co-creation. By the end, they will feel confident in selecting and applying the most appropriate digital tools for each project phase, improving coordination, productivity, and communication in education and beyond.
