Description

This teacher training course is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively integrate ICT into their teaching practices. Through interactive lectures, collaborative learning activities, and hands-on practice with a range of ICT tools and software, participants will explore the advantages and disadvantages of using ICT in education, learn how to organize and plan lessons using online tools, develop effective classroom management strategies using ICT, and use ICT tools for assessment, evaluation, and feedback. The course also covers key concepts in teaching and ICT, project-based and task-based learning, e-portfolios for professional development, and gamification of the classroom. By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and implement effective ICT-enhanced learning experiences that engage and motivate their students.

Methodology & assessment

This teacher training course on ICT in the classroom is designed to be highly interactive and hands-on, providing participants with practical experience using a range of ICT tools and software. Throughout the course, participants will engage in a variety of interactive learning activities, including group discussions, case studies, and group projects, designed to reinforce the practical application of ICT in the classroom.

Our experienced instructors will provide personalized guidance and support to help participants develop the skills and confidence to use ICT effectively in their teaching practices. With a focus on practical application and real-world scenarios, participants will be able to immediately apply what they learn in their own classrooms.

Through this engaging and interactive methodology, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to use ICT to enhance student engagement and motivation, while developing the practical skills needed to implement these strategies effectively.

  • Course package content:

    This teacher training course on ICT in the classroom is a six-day program designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively integrate ICT into their teaching practices.

     

    The course consists of morning sessions from Monday to Friday, with one city tour and one cultural excursion on Saturday included.

     

    The course fee is 500 euros (early bird), 540 euros (late entry), which covers all course materials, access to online resources, and participation in all course activities, including the city tour and cultural excursion.
