The project entitled “Our life in our hands” is to make young people aware of the fact that their attitude influences the quality of life of future generations.We want to rely on the youth while making changes for the better.We would also like to familiarise them with credible results of tests over the condition of the environment and encourage them to come to their own conclusions.We need to teach them rational, thrifty life, which shall increase the chances of the success of social groups endangered by exclusion, based on old, verified methods of our grandparents’ generation , cultural traditions of each partner country. It is our task to show them how to deal with difficulties thanks to the wisdom of previous generations, help others (voluntary service), remake old stuff and step back from consumerism in favour of more valuable aims..Simultaneously we shall motivate our students to take active part in sharing the knowledge they have gained with their friends, peers and family.
