radio robotics
In 1932, Guglielmo Marconi claimed that we would soon be able to communicate with the planet Mars, using radio waves.
This year, the robotics teams from some eTwinning partner schools used radio waves for their robots' communication. Moreover, they presented their work in local and national STEM competitions!
The following video shows the preparation and participation of the Greek team for the "Can we Survive on Mars?" challenge:

Our friends, students at National College Alexandru Lahovari, revealed to us some of the secrets of robotics: design, construction, components, programming. Very interesting activities. We discovered that it is along way from idea to the working robot. All the DK students watched the demonstrations and found amazing things about robotics.
