Hello!
Since 2023 I am the principal/headmaster and math teacher of the junior high school in the historical village of Zagora, on Mount Pelion—the mythical summer residence of the twelve Olympian gods of Greek mythology. I am teaching Mathematics for many years in Greek high schools in Greece and Germany but mostly in the near to Zagora city of Volos, located both on the central-east coast of Greece.

Since 2013, I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics. As teacher I have passion in using alternative techniques that combine computational methods with hands-on activities outside the classroom. My goal is to help students apply mathematics in their daily lives, making it easier for them to solve both academic and real-world problems.

We can both share our experiences in teaching of Mathematics, as well as in exploring the philosophy of Mathematics with respect to environmental and sustainable issues. Let’s discover together new and innovative ways to teach and inspire our students !
