The aim of this project is for students to have a better understanding of themselves and their countries through other people's views. In this journey of discovery, our students will work collaboratively in a series of meaningful activities that allow them to explore intercultural awareness that promote values, such as tolerance and respect, in order to achieve understanding and inclusion. The development of cultural competences will help students to accept differences as positive so that no one is excluded and they will become active citizens in an international and intercultural world. Our students will have the opportunity to visit another country: The Netherlands and Spain, and to personally experience cultural diversity, where they can observe their preconceptions and prejudices of these countries and analyze stereotypes so that they develop critical cultural awareness and become open-minded European citizens. The use of ICT will be essential to support the project´s tasks.
