Landskrifstofur starfa náið með miðlægu stuðningsþjónustunni og öðrum samtökum til að hlúa að Evrópuþætti eTwinning starfseminnar.

Landskrifstofur bera ábyrgð á því að athuga notendaskráningar, kynna eTwinning í löndum sínum, hjálpa kennurum að setja upp og framkvæma verkefnin sín, verðlauna skóla fyrir árangursríka þátttöku í eTwinning verkefnum, skipuleggja þjálfunarnámskeið fyrir kennara og tryggja að eTwinning þróist á þann hátt sem hentar sérstökum þörfum staðbundinna skóla. Þær fá styrk frá framkvæmdastjórn Evrópusambandsins sem nemur allt að 80% af kostnaði þeirra.
