„General Gheorghe Magheru” Technical College Tg-Jiu appeared on the map of Gorj education in 1975, with 15 classes, of which 3 from the 11th grade, 7 from the 10th grade, which functioned from 1973, respectively 1974, within the High School. Tg-Jiu Industrial Building Materials.

Colegiul Tehnic „General Gheorghe Magheru” Tg-Jiu a apărut pe harta învățământului gorjean în 1975, cu 15 clase din care 3 de clasa a XI-a, 7 de clasa a X-a, care au funcționat din 1973, respectiv 1974, în cadrul Liceului Industrial Materiale de Construcții Tg-Jiu.
