Build Trust and Credibility
Our project is a multinational, multicultural and multi-religious environment. It is therefore very important to build trust and confidence between us, to learn about others’ values. We all deserve to work in an environment where we are treated with dignity and respect. The project is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to our project success. We cannot afford to let anyone’s talents go to waste.
Create a Culture of Open and Honest Communication In our project, everyone should feel comfortable to speak his or her mind, particularly on ethics concerns. All we have a responsibility to create an open and supportive environment where partners feel comfortable raising such questions. We all benefit tremendously when a project exercises their power to prevent mistakes or wrong doing by asking the right questions at the right times.
Responsibilities
The basis of our project’s results is the responsible and on-time realization of
tasks defined in our project management platform. All partners are required:
- to be responsible for doing their tasks on time with utmost quality
- to communicate problems in development of their tasks on time if that means change of the project’s deadlines
- to confirm deadlines of the project with care not to excuse themselves with the tasks on other projects after the agreement on the deadlines
- to choose the project participants (teachers), project work team members deliberately taking into consideration their English language level, ICT and communication skills that are essential for the project implementation;
- to be responsible for the legal use of the authorship rights of the materials/resources used in the Project. Each project Partner is obliged to give the references (website, author name) of the images/videos/presentations and other resources uploaded to the Project online TwinSpace and other platforms.
Project Tasks
- All partner schools undertake
- The Croatian coordinator and the Italian Coordinators create an eTwinning project on the Twinspace page of the new European school education platform a common drive folder is created to share communication and documents.
- All partners will upload to the project TwinSpace page and on the Drive all the materials and esources related to the project
- All partners will meet periodically to plan preparatory activities to implement in each school and with the international group of students which will work cooperatively before the mobility
- Students will work in the classrooms to implement the project activities and in international groups through videoconferences using the forum and the tools of the European school education platform (forum, online meetings) to work cooperatively in preparation and after the mobilities and in mixed groups during the mobilities.
- Each team will cooperate to all the project stages. As our understanding of how things work might be different, our cultural and linguistic references will be different, partners may have very different solutions to the problems which we discuss. This is a key strength but requires us to be patient and friendly when interacting with each other and patience and openness in trying to understand someone else’s viewpoint.
Proactive approach
A proactive project partner understands that the project changes over the time with new achievements, changes of the structure of the project and problems encountered. That mean the partners:
- do not wait until the last day before deadline to start work on the tasks
- to actively communicate new ideas which will bring easier tasks completion
- to equip their groups for tasks with clear goals, deadlines and requirements
Communication
Communication is essential for organising project team as ours, so it is essential to agree to:
- reply e-mails within 24 hours. If you are not in the office, you need to
- prepare automatic responder telling when you will be available
- reply messages in WhatsApp group within 6 hours
- manage our e-mail list in the Contacts file with the latest e-mail addresses
- always use last e-mail list and do not reuse old e-mail addresses
Completing the tasks
We are using our Tasks file to track progress of our tasks. Task is done when:
- you complete the task
- write the date done in the table TASKS in our tasks file
- attach the file if it is the result of the project
Participating in the online Meeting conferences
