EDUCLAB: exploring cultural heritage in early childhood education
The EDUCLAB project aimed to increase the awareness of cultural heritage as a common good among children aged 3 to 5 years old.
The Erasmus+ funded project also wanted to support teachers in the use of digital media. The core idea of EDUCLAB was to develop and implement cultural workshops.
The project produced a variety of resources:
- Guidelines for teachers to organise a cultural workshop.
- A training handbook to support the competence development of ECEC teachers, focusing on digital skills and inclusive approaches.
- A toolkit with step-by-step instructions on how to carry out activities for six different cultural workshops.
- Video tutorials on workshop activities.
