Description
LOOP is a policy experimentation project which aims to empower teachers personal, professional and social continuous development through innovative peer-induction programmes. It gathers 12 partners from Portugal, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Italy and Slovenia.
They are looking for teachers and school leaders in Europe to respond to a brief survey about their perceptions and experiences on teachers’ induction programmes based on peer-mentoring.
The surveys aim to analyse the current professional development practices available for teachers when starting their careers and their impact on new teachers’ motivation.
The responses will help contribute to the results of project field trials.
There are surveys for two different target groups:
1. Teachers
2. School leaders
