If your group consists of more than five participants, we are able to organize the course at a date and location of your preference in the following countries: Austria 🇦🇹, Czechia 🇨🇿, France 🇫🇷, Finland 🇫🇮, Greece 🇬🇷, Germany 🇩🇪, Italy 🇮🇹, Malta 🇲🇹, Norway 🇳🇴, Portugal 🇵🇹, Poland 🇵🇱, and Spain 🇪🇸. Day 2 - Movements Matters 🤸🏻♂️ the wisdom of the body. When body moves, brain grooves. Creativity and stress management through rhythmical movements.
Day 3 - Operation Contemplation 🌸 self-discovery with pedagogy of silence, emotions, thoughts, beauty and nature.
