Description

The course aimed to equip participants with a well-rounded skill set, blending soft skills with practical teaching and training abilities, to enhance motivation and behaviour in learners through the integration of creativity in education is appropriate for teachers at any level, of any subject, head teachers, school inspectors, school counsellors, decision makers in the field of education, trainers.

The course is aimed for adult education, therefore it focuses on the development of the participants related competencies and skills such as: teaching/training related skills (e.g. creative lesson design, inclusive education, behavioural management, adaptive teaching, data-informed decision-making), and soft skills (e.g. creativity, adaptability, empathy, motivation, conflict resolution, collaboration).

Learning objectives

The course content is selected based on the most recent and relevant research findings and best practices. Quarter Mediation established clear and measurable learning objectives for the course and ensured they are aligned with the latest educational standards and practices in Europe. The lectures and presentations delivered during the course include references for all course materials, to demonstrate that the content is grounded in credible sources.

 

During the course, the participants will be given the opportunity to:

• Explore how creativity can serve as a powerful catalyst for increasing motivation in education

• Learn teaching and training methods that encourage creative thinking, active participation, and critical problem-solving

• Discover effective motivation strategies that leverage creativity, making learning and training experiences more enjoyable

• Develop skills in managing learner behaviour by creating a positive and inclusive environment that encourages respectful and collabor

Methodology & assessment

Quarter Mediation created the course based on the identified learning outcomes, that reflect inspiration, engagement, interactivity, reflection, and new perspectives. The course is defined by clear and measurable objectives and learning outcomes.
The course curriculum incorporates diverse teaching methods and materials to ensure engagement and interactivity. It includes a mix of lectures, group activities, discussions, hands-on exercises, educational visits, and multimedia resources.
During the course, the information and communication technology is used in a modern and interactive way, to enhance interactivity and engagement of the participants. Real life experience and practical applications are included in the course programme to trigger reflection and provide new perspectives. Moreover, the participants are encouraged to apply what they've learned to their own contexts.

Participants will receive access to all necessary course materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, digital tools, and resources) to support their learning experience.

Certification details

Certification is in accordance with the Certification of learning outcomes as required by the Quality standards for courses under Key Action 1 (learning mobility of individuals).

Attendance certificates will be provided to all participants that attended the entire course. The attendance certificates include the name of the participant, their organisation and country, the title of the course, the session dates, the venues, and the name of the course provider.

    The course fee covers only the enrolment in the course. 

    Other costs such as accommodation, meals, transport, and subsistence are not included in the course fee. However, these expenses are covered separately through the Erasmus+ grant, with participants receiving financial support for these items under the respective allowances.
