One of the major transversal skills (21st century skills) is ADAPTABILITY – the ability to adapt learning methods, materials and learning environment. This was particularly evident during the pandemic when the environment changed from physical to virtual one. Transversal skills are important for both students and teachers and represent value that go beyond a certain field or study program, and are expressed through the responsibility, social interaction, team work and personal growing.
