Recent studies reveal alarming results of teachers being overstressed at work. This does not contribute towards effective students’ learning.
We invite educators to stop for a moment and re-discover their passion for teaching and life. This 8 day course helps teachers to explore tools and methods for stress management, well-being and resilience.

Learning objectives

Implementation
The course creates opportunities for the participants to experience and use different tools and methods for stress management as well as boost their well-being and resilience. Insights into various practices and programmes, meaningful discussions, outdoor experiences, mindful yoga and therapeutic drum sessions will enhance the ability to embrace life to the full.
Follow-up
After the course, participants reflect on gained knowledge and its application in their own educational environment. The trainers provide support for collaboration between participants encouraging them to initiate partnerships projects and help find partners.

Course package content:
8 day course x 80 Euros = 640 Euros
Transport for 4 educational visits x 20 Euros = 80 Euros
Total package fee = 720 Euros
Travel, accommodation and meals are paid individually by participants.
We provide recommendations for accommodation.
No additional costs will be charged during the course.

Cancellation & changes:
If you have to cancel your participation after you have made the payment and received the course materials, we charge you 100 Euro administration fee. On cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course start date we charge 500 Euro. To avoid cancellation fees you can change participants or choose another available session or course. We also offer a voucher for a full amount paid. The voucher is valid for all the courses organised by Kaunas Biennial until 31 December 2027
