Description

Negative stress (distress) is a widespread issue among teachers and students, affecting their work and learning abilities. It is the kind of stress we experience when we feel under threat, out of control or stretched beyond our limits. Whereas, eustress or positive stress, can serve as a motivational force that enhances focus and performance, providing a healthy challenge, energy and promoting growth.
