Description

A training course on stress and conflict management is important for promoting a healthy and productive workplace culture, improving interpersonal relationships, and supporting the professional development of individuals. This course includes an introduction to the concepts of stress and conflict, including their impact on individuals and organizations. Participants will learn about the signs and symptoms of stress and how to identify them in themselves and others. They will also learn about the different types of conflict and their underlying causes, as well as strategies for preventing and resolving conflicts. It also covers strategies for managing stress, including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, relaxation techniques, and time management strategies. Participants will learn about the benefits of mindfulness for stress management and develop techniques for practicing mindfulness.

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who attend a minimum of 80% of the course.
