We designed the Re-boot Camp program so that participants not only learn new information and learn coaching techniques, but also get the opportunity to try it all out for themselves. The coaching techniques can be used to better engage students during the classroom, but can also be useful outside the learning process. We will look at tools for mentoring other teachers so that trainees can create a culture of continuous learning and development around them. We will learn the difference between teaching, mentoring and coaching. How to use appropriate facilitation techniques to get students more interested in learning.

We have carefully crafted the program to be “challenging” enough, but at the same time, you will go home relaxed, balanced and with renewed inner strength. Over the course of the week, you will have the opportunity to make deeper connections with other program participants, explore other perspectives, and gain the courage to challenge yourself in new ways. While you will learn all kinds of new things about yourself, we will also give you plenty of time and space for self-reflection. And all this in the beautiful and stimulating environment of the Central Slovakia – in the ecologcal centre in Zaježová. Get ready for a week of vegetarian food, shared rooms and bathrooms, evenings by the fire, morning yoga, meaningful discussions, new inspirations and lots of support and empathy.
